At GIZIA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your luxury fashion item is not the perfect fit, you may return or exchange it within 14 days of receipt, provided it remains in its original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your GIZIA account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your Return Authorization Number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, security seals, and accessories are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at the nearest authorized courier location, or schedule a complimentary home pickup.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
